The Unsolvable Mess

Maybe you are chaotic.

Maybe you don’t make sense and can’t be solved

but that doesn’t mean you are any less incredible.

Some people are easy to put together,

little puzzles to be pieced and seen

but eventually,

the fun of solving that puzzle is over and everything is dull.

You,

though.

You are never to be dulled.

You may be a mess of chaotic orange lights but you are blinding.

You are fluorescent.

Everyone is drawn to you because you are a source of brilliant light in this dull, dark room of already solved puzzles.

Messes are most often the most beautiful form of art,

of beauty.

Cherish that you have it within you

hold onto it.

Don’t you dare throw it away because it scares you.

There are individuals everywhere who take one look at you and see you effortlessly glowing and wonder why they can’t light up a room the way you do.

Maybe you don’t understand yourself and maybe nobody else will either,

but that isn’t a bad thing.

  1. Superb blog! Do you have any hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything.

Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid
option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally overwhelmed ..
    Any recommendations? Cheers!

    1. Thank you so much for your comment and praise!
For aspiring writers, I suggest writing down anything and everything that comes to mind. Find a journal or use the notes app on your smart phone. Most of what you write likely will not make sense, but eventually, something will. Write. Just keep writing. It will help you develop your voice and will help you grow.
I would most definitely recommend using a free platform at first, as blogs do not end up being for everyone. (I do personally suggest WordPress, as it holds a special place in my heart) Try it and it very well may be perfect for you. If that is the case and you wish to upgrade, make the jump! It also puts less pressure on you when it is something free. Writing should always be for the pleasure of the individual first.
In the end, make sure you are writing for yourself. If you end up writing concerned if others are reading or if others care, it will no longer be enjoyable. Do it for you and only you.
Let me know how everything goes. I would love to read your writing!
      Best of luck,
